  • Thorough intake: Your instructor will review medical history, diagnosis, imaging reports, surgeries, medications, pain patterns, and current function.

  • Movement screening: Gentle assessments of posture, alignment, range of motion, balance, coordination, gait, breathing, and muscle activation to identify deficits and compensations.

  • Goal setting: Short‑ and long‑term, realistic goals established collaboratively (e.g., reduce spasticity, improve transfers, return to work, regain joint stability).

Program design and progression

  • Individualized plan: Exercises are selected or modified for safety, neural readiness, and tissue healing. Sessions may use mat work, small props, Reformer, Cadillac, Core Align, Fuse Ladder, Red Cord Therapy and other apparatus depending on needs
